Kabob - Lyulakebab


Shashlikni har kim har hil tayyorlashi hech kimga sir emas.
Bu shashlik ho'jayin tomonidan (albatta mani assistentchiligim bilan:)  ) tayyorlandi. Jaa katta oshpazlarniki kabi professional darajada tayyorlanmagan bo'lsada, ta'mi judayam mazali.
Kebab (Russian translation - Shashlik) cookes differerent by different cooks. As though this is not professionally cooked Kebab by my husband but it tastes good! We loved this recipe and enjoyed it with our family.
Kerakli masalliqlar:
  • 1,5 kg. qiyma (man 80% go'sht-20%yog'li qiyma ishlatganman)
  • 2 dona katta piyoz (mayda to'g'ralgan)
  • 2-3 choy qoshiq tuz
  • 1,5 choy qoshiq qora murch
  • 1 choy qoshiq kashnich urug'i (kinza)
  • 2 bo'lak sarimsoq (maydalangan)
  • 1 dona tuhum
  • 100gr. qotgan non uvog'i
Ingridients:
  • 3,3 pounds (1,5 kg) ground beef (80% -20 %)
  • 2 large onions (finely chopped)
  • 2-3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper 
  • 1 t.spoon coriander seed (ground)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped) 
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs


qiyma bn piyoz yaxshilab aralashtiriladi (g'ijimlab-g'ijimlab)
mix well ground beef and chopped onion

ziravorlar,
stir in spices,

non uvog'ini qo'shib yana aralashtiriladi
and add breadcrumbs

mix well

tuhumni ham qo'shib...
add egg..

va ohirgi aralashtirish
and final mix.

Keyingi bosqichda, tayyor qiymadan 1 "zuvalacha" olib, har bir zuvalachani 15-20 marta yaxshilab, "paqqillatib" uriladi.
in the next step, take about 1 cup of mix and then repeatedly (15-20 times) slam it into a bowl
 

urilgan qiymani 1 soatcha muzlatgichga qo'yiladi
freez it for 1 hour

1 soatdan keyin qiymani sihlarga tahlab...
after an hour, kebab by pressing the minced meat around a flat skewer for kebab, 
for about 4-5 inches in length... 
 

Sihga tahlangan kaboblarni yana 30 minutga muzlatgichga qo'yib, keyin o't yoqishga.
Put kebabs on baking sheet and chill 30 minutes to let firm up meat.

Tayyor bo'lgan ko'mirda shashliklarni aylantirib aylantirib pishirib olinadi. 5-8 minut.
Roast lyulakebab on red charcoal in a brazier repeatedly turning them about 5 to 8 minuts.


Issig'ida dasturhonga tortamiz. Yoqimli ishtaxa!
